Heyrobics Rooftop Session

All Heyrobics sessions are accompanied with music and energy-filled instructors to ensure that you get the absolute most out of your Heyrobics session!

There are a couple of different Heyrobics sessions to get you funky and fit!

Heyrobics Medium! This is the original Heyrobics session. The instructor is in the middle and the participants (You!) in a circle around. It´s easy and anyone can do it: the instructor shows how to move, you just follow! Mega-strong or beginner: you always participate at your own level. A regular session is 60 minutes with warm-up, cool-down and your eventual socializing included.

Heyrobics Medium/Intensive! Just like the Heyrobics Medium session but here we have picked up the pace with more intensive music. Funky, sweaty, exhausting. It’s not Heyrobics unless you are sweating and smiling at the same time!

Heyrobics Medium/Intensive Jukebox! Yes! This is an Heyrobics favorite! You choose the music, we put together a Heyrobics Medium/Intensive session to your tunes. Send suggestions to info (at) heyrobics.com or make a wish at any Heyrobics session.

Heyrobics Intensive! The toughest one so far. More of all. Session is either 45 or 60 min. Can you take it?

HeyrobicsCircle! The Heyrobics Circle is divided into stations, where we will do push-ups, burpees, situps, kneelings, calf jumps, back lifts as well as sprints. Which equals a full-body exercise performed at your own pace. Simple, effective fun. Just what we believe training should be like. You’ll be training Core (abs, back, bum), Upper-Body (shoulders, arms) & Speed/Cardio (thighs, calves, heart) in 40-second intervals. No extra gadgets, weights or special equipment: your own body is enough!

HeyrobicsCircle +! Basicly the same as The Heyrobics Circle but performed at one spot. You stand at one point in a circle around the instructor who show you how to perform the different moves. No extra gadgets, weights or special equipment: your own body is enough!

HeyrobicsCore! Set to leave your stomach harder than a MIT-qualifying SAT score, we’ve designed a class training focusing on upper & lower abs, back, pectorals, side & glutes! Exercises are both dynamic (building strength & agility) and complemented by static ones. Usually set before or after a Heyrobics class, these are a great addition for anyone regardless of skill or ambitions to get that extra fitness-aaaaaah-level!

HeyrobicsRunning!: This is the perfect session to attend if you want to know more about running and learn techniques that will prevent injuries and improve your running. The session is developed to suit everyone from the beginner joggers to those of you who are hardcore barefoot runners! Pick your own pace and improve your stride!

    It’s wonderful, but I’m in Baotou(Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China) now. However, I like sports, I have some CDs to exercise sometimes. It’s fun~~
    I have seen all of your Information, if I’m in Beijing now, I’ll meet your club as soon as possiable~~
    But it doesn’t matter, I will pay close attention to all the updates on coming events~
