People’s Run!

Here it is: the race that anyone can do!
Each last Sunday of every month, the People’s Run is set to take place! in Chaoyang Park. People’s Run is a collaboration with HeyRunning (our new initiative in collaboration with Heyrobics, targeting aspiring runners), and is a People’s Gym alternative (the yellow-blue things in the parks made for Chinese olden goldies) but this time for people in all ages, and targets individuals from beginner to advanced.
People’s Run is a combination of a regular run and a gym session. 3 groups (Green for beginners, Yellow for Medium, Red for Advanced), each led by a certified HeyRunning coach.
Concept: Easy – run 3-800m, arrive at a muscular workout in group (push-up, sit-ups, back lifts, squats, etc), then off to next one! Total 7 stations. Maximum 40 participants in each group.
Start time: Sunday March 25, 12.00, done by approx 12.50-13.15 depending on your speed
Place: Chaoyang Park, West Gate 3 (note that locations may vary occasionally – check web for latest update!)!
Get: Great training coached by Heyrunning coaches. Water provided onsite.
Bring: Clothes suited for running (or, fast walking, if in Green group), 30 RMB
For who: People in all ages, at all fitness levels. Ha!
